Flow & Yin Yoga
In this class we will begin with some moderately-paced sun salutations to build internal heat, then transition into some yin poses which will be held for several minutes at a time to open the fascia and connective tissue and calm the mind.
Yoga Flow Class - standing balances
This will be a moderately-paced flow class including pranayama, meditation, and asana focusing on standing balance postures.
