Yoga- Flow for Core Strength

The “traditional” western style of yoga, Flow is a moderately-paced yoga practice that connects successive postures with breath to get a full-body workout, including your brain as we incorporate mindfulness into physical activity. This class will focus on activating the core to build strength and bring awareness to the importance of the abdominals in yoga poses.
